A: As part of our business and to give you access to MLS Listings we need your information, you WILLL NOT receive any unsolicitated phone calls and if you prefer to use email that is ok. We have found the most expedient method of processing enrollments for interested buyers is to contact them by telephone. Your phone number is not required to enroll in the Scouting Report program

A: No, the Home Buyers Scouting Report® is a FREE Real Estate Brokerage Service of Home Buyers Marketing II, Inc. There is no cost to the home buyer or seller for using this service.
